Lots of laughs, good wins over bad, guys finally get the girls after some tough predicaments, a definite pleasure to watch. I liked it.

Laugh out loud comedy! This movie had a lot of very funny lines in its script and the actors did a wonderful job in their delivery.

Great cast and some very funny bits, but sadly the pity factor created a major imbalance with the slapstick. I felt a bit too much empathy for the "schmucks" to be able to laugh at them. Very much a combination of Lars and the Real Girl mixed with I Love You Man, but not quite as brilliant as either. Wish there was more scenes with the Swedish couple.

Generally well done and funny without being insulting. The movie got stronger as it went with the dinner itself being the highlight. Overall the plot was the weak point but the characters were all well done and well acted (although almost every character is flawed the fact they all take themselves so seriously makes it all work). With a small amount of re-scripting this movie probably could have made a stronger comment on our society and how we view others.

Wierd and wonderful. Mice! Who'd have thought of it as a leitmotif? The opening credits and ending really mesh together all aspects of the story and characters. Is it fanciful or un-believable? Sure, but suspend your dis-belief and go for the belly-laugh. It is my top comedy for summer 2010.

Not horrible, but not great either. Somewhere in between. Steve Carell is lots of fun to watch. Jemaine Clements from Flight of the Conchords along is worth the price of admission, as his performance as an avant garde artist is hilarious. Suspend disbelief for this one.
